How do project payments work?

Projects ≤ $5,000 are paid in full to book. Projects over $5,000: 50% to start, balance at midpoint/delivery. Monthly services invoice on the 1st (autopay required). Late payments accrue 1.5%/mo.

What do you actually do?

Setups, cleanups, workflows/SOPs, and training—so your books run clean without shame or chaos. Internal-use tools only (no third-party reports).

Do you provide bank/CRA letters or compilations?

No. We don’t do assurance, compilations, or letters for third-party reliance. If needed, we’ll refer an independent CPA firm.

Do you do ongoing monthly bookkeeping?

Yes—limited spots, from $600/month (HST extra). HST filings and year-end packages are available. Intake helps us confirm scope and capacity.

Do you work outside QuickBooks Online?

We specialize in QuickBooks Online. We can migrate from Wave/Xero and map common payouts. Mention your current stack in the intake.

Who pays for software?

You do—at our discounted pass-through cost (we provision/manage), or you can provide active licenses that meet our standards.

How fast can we start?

It depends on scope and calendar openings. We’ll give a realistic window after reviewing your intake. Rush (2–4 weeks) may be available at +25–50%.

What if I’m late or need to reschedule my call?

Beck waits up to 5 minutes. Reschedules are fine if made more than 24 hours before the call; your deposit carries over. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Will you share call recordings or AI notes?

We use Google Meet + Fireflies for internal notes only and don’t share AI notes.

Do you work across Canada?

Yes—fully remote. Prices are in CAD; HST applies where required.
